I am house sitting this week and not being in your own home can be a challenge when you don’t have all of your own spices and ingredients, but I was really craving some Fat Balls and was determined to make some! What I pulled together was pure deliciousness I could not stop eating them!
These bites have the relaxing benefits of Reishi, the brain power from MTC and Plant Protein to keep you fuller, longer! Soaking the dates before adding them into the mix and refrigerating the mix before rolling them was game changing!
I beg you. Please make these. If I could pass these out to all of you I would. I love this combo that much.
Reishi Protein Bites
10 Dates Soaked
1 Scoop Plant Protein
1 Packet @foursigmatic Reishi
1/2c Shredded Coconut
1tbs MCT Oil
1/4c Melted Coconut Oil
1tsp Ground Ginger
2tbs Chia Seeds
Place in a bowl and let it chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
Roll into balls using a spoon and place back in the fridge or freezer for 2 hours.
