This is one of my GO-TO meals that is paleo friendly, @whole30 approved and delicious if I say so myself! The fun twist I like to put on easy dinners that make it look and taste fancy and tasty is adding fresh spices like Basil or adding some Red Pepper Flakes for a little kick!

How to bake the Squash:
Heat oven to 400 F. Slice squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Drizzle halves with the olive oil and season with salt. Place squash cut side down on baking sheet and roast until tender, 45-50 minutes. Use a fork to scrape out “spaghetti.” Spaghetti squash baked and shredded
