What do I do for 30 days?
What happens over a 30 day period is that we take away ANY foods that could potentially be causing pain and inflammation in the body like grains, sugars, gluten, alcohol and Dairy.

I said earlier it is hard, but it is not really hard. Cancer is hard. Living with a Chronic disease is hard. Losing a loved one is hard. This is not hard. You are STRONGER than your cravings for food. Trust me. One of my clients said it perfectly herself.
